 About the Company
2INTERACTIVE had it's roots in a small web design and hosting company in 1997 founded by Brock Eastman. The company re-located to Chico in 1999. We originally co-located a server at an existing ISP to provide web hosting service only. At that time we did not provide dialup internet services.
In 2000 the company became an LLC; a newer form of a corporation. During this time a investor was acquired and the business was moved to a building owned by one of the investors on Cohasset rd. We experienced growth in the dedicated server and co-location industry.
Internet Service was started the same year; providing access to all of California by leasing phone lines in various areas of California. This was a very easy upgrade to the existing network and facility.
We are a growing independent Internet Service Provider, by providing a plethora of internet related services. We provide enhanced dialup services such as v.92 and dial-broadband.
You will find that our staff is on the ball with technical issues and support.
August Germar
August serves as the network administrator; which includes maintaining and upgrading the many servers in our data center August began his relationship with the company as a hosting customer in 2001. He has over 5 years of web design, technical experience and has worked with many local Chico companies. He also enjoys playing the electric bass and mexican food.
Keith O'Hara
Among many other things, Keith manages billing customers and customer relations. Keith's responsibilities include wireless provisioning and company general manager. He enjoys fishing, traveling, and baseball in his off hours. Both August and Keith handle tech support and many of the day to day tasks of ChicoNet.
